Vela Equity reached closing just 12 months after its establishment, having entered into a close collaboration with DeepTree that shortened origination timelines by systematically analysing dozens of markets and thousands of companies: a concrete competitive advantage in deal sourcing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the closing, Vela Equity Partners acquires 100% of the company. Following the transaction, Guido Emanuele Fucci takes on the operational leadership of the company as CEO of Ecologica Piemontese. The Bono family reinvests directly as a shareholder of Vela Equity Partners, and the sons, Francesco and Edoardo Bono, remain with the company in operational roles to ensure continuity in management and in relationships with clients and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development plan includes strengthening the management structure, investing in the fleet, safety and training, expanding the client base and pursuing a growth strategy through further acquisitions.
